Region 3: The Parisian Catacombs
Overview
Where the Souls Are Carried
The Fallen confesses before purification: he was dispatched alongside two other guardians serving an unknown master, commanded to kill innocents and carry their souls to the Parisian catacombs. The catacombs hold the remaining keys required to unlock the path forward — and the master's identity.
Ruins, Serpents, and Secrets
The catacomb ruins are where the serpent foes behind the launch-window achievement "Snakes speared in the ruins" (14.4% of players) do their hunting. Explore thoroughly: hidden breakables, mirrors, and clue hunts (The Greatest Detective achievement asks you to find every clue) are dense in this stretch.
How to Unlock
Unlocked by collecting keys from area bosses (enchanted doorways)
